James H. Lee, Esq. is Senior Commercial Counsel for Madison Title Agency. As part of his daily responsibilities, Mr. Lee clears complex commercial title issues, oversees underwriting activities and manages large, high profile commercial transactions in New York. Mr. Lee was formerly with LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc., where he was a claims attorney, specializing in complex title claims and related legal work. Mr. Lee began his legal career at Wingate & Cullen in Melville, New York, where he performed extensive legal research, assisted in litigation, drafted legal documents and represented lenders in commercial and residential real estate closings.
Admitted to the Bar in both New York and New Jersey, Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts at Baruch College and his Juris Doctor at Rutgers School of Law-Newark. Mr. Lee is also licensed as a Title Insurance Producer in the state of New Jersey.
