Louis Weinberg, Esq. is Vice President and Counsel for Madison Commercial Real Estate Services, based at the Long Island office. Mr. Weinberg’s focus is in the title insurance industry, where he has more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Weinberg spent five plus years as Senior Vice President and Counsel for Liberty Title Agency and 18 years as Legal Counsel for North Shore Abstract in Great Neck, NY.

Mr. Weinberg holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Florida as well as a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Additionally, Mr. Weinberg is involved in a number of charitable and not-for-profit organizations. He currently serves as President of the Foundation for Supporters of the Disabled (FSD), a foundation that provides grants to community based organizations serving people with developmental disabilities. Mr. Weinberg also sits on the Board of Directors of PSCH (Promoting Specialized Care and Health).
